Code of Conduct:-

  1. Regularity and punctuality in attendance of classes and house examinations are essential for all the students on the roll.  

  2. No students will be allowed to accept any employment during training.  

  3. Students in their free period are expected to make use of the reading room and library.  

  4. A student is liable to be punished on any of the grounds i.e. misbehavior, breach of discipline, and disobeying college rules.  

  5. A refund of securities is ordinarily permissible after the declaration of university results. Securities not withdrawn within one month from the removal of the name of the student after the college rolls will be forfeited. Security shall be refunded only if the candidate completes the course successfully from the college.  

  6. The college authorities observe strict rules of conduct for their students. The students are also required to attend the morning assembly and stay on the college campus for the full college time. Any breach of this restriction shall be treated as an act of misconduct.  

  7. Guardians and parents - Please note that visitors are not allowed to see/meet with the students during the college times.  

  8. The visiting hours for the general public and parents to meet the principal are from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.  

  9. Expensive Gadgets are not allowed. The use of Mobile phones in the classroom is strictly prohibited.  

  10. Smoking and Drinking is strictly banned on College campus.  

  11. Writing and sticking bills on the walls and desks of the college is strictly prohibited.  

  12. Dress Code for the students shall be applicable as per the college rules.  

  13. Rights of admission and entry to college campuses are reserved.  

  14. Don't waste electrical energy and water. They are precious.  

  15. The notice board should be read daily to keep abreast of ongoing activities.   

     

Leave Rules:-

  1. The College will observe strict procedures for the grant of leave to students.  

  2. Leave must be got sanctioned personally before it is availed off leave applications of students should reach the tutor concerned well in advance.  

  3. Application for leave must be signed by the parents or the guardian of the applicant. In case of illness, the application should be supported by a medical certificate.  

  4. Leave for more than three days or leave during examination days will be granted only by the principal on the recommendation of the tutor concerned.  

  5. Students absent from the College without permission will be punished.  

  6. If a student remains absent without leave for more than a week continuously, his/her name will be struck off from the Rolls of the College.
