Fee Refund Policy
Saraswati College of Education
Saraswati College of Education adheres to the fee refund policy outlined by Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, for the academic session 2024–25. This policy ensures transparency and fairness in the refund process.
Non-Refundable
The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Due to Technical Errors
Refunds will be considered only if the application fee is paid more than once for the same course/category due to technical issues. In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the last payment. The student must provide proof of multiple payments.
As per the guidelines of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hissar, the following refund policy applies for course fees.
Withdrawal Before Commencement of Classes
If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, the entire fee paid will be refunded after deducting the processing fee as specified by the university.
Withdrawal After Commencement of Classes
If a student withdraws after the commencement of classes, the fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis depending on the duration of attendance, after deducting administrative charges.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain charges such as admission, registration, and library fees are non-refundable.

Any other fee specified as non-refundable in the prospectus or admission guidelines.
Application Submission: Students must submit a written application for a fee refund to the college office, along with the original fee receipt and any necessary supporting documents.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of receiving the completed application.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made through bank transfer to the account provided by the student.
In cases of medical emergencies, death of the student or immediate family member, or other exceptional circumstances, the college may consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to the approval of the Admission Committee.
